Programme Description | In undertaking this course, experienced staff will train you to maintain avionics equipment and systems on Fixed wing and Rotary wing aircraft. Awareness of OHS/Human Factors/ETOPS/ and CAAF regulations. During your course, you will be trained on complex aircraft systems, Including Electrical/Instruments/Radio/ /Navigation and AutoPilot Systems. Upon successful completion, you will be able to undertake your CAAF AMC exams. |

Minimum Requirement | a) Minimum of 280 out of 400 marks in Year 12 with minimum of 50% in English, Mathematics, Physics and any 1 other Science or Technology subjects. Quota based programme with a maximum intake of 30 students. Undergoes selection process. b) Applicant may also be admitted to the programme who may not meet the requirement on the years of continuous education progression, but who are able to demonstrate their ability to succeed in programmes at these levels on the basis of their maturity, work experience or prior learning and are 17 years of age. This is a Quota based programme and as such applicants with higher-level entry, marks may be considered during the ranking of candidates. |
