The Flexible Learning & Teaching Enhancement Office (FLTEO) is a dynamic unit under the Office of the Pro Vice Chancellor Learning & Teaching at the Fiji National University (FNU). FLTEO is dedicated to advancing learning and teaching experiences at FNU. The Office operates through two specialized sections: Learning & Teaching Enhancement, and  Flexible & E-Learning.

Our mission is to collaborate with academic and support units to develop, share, and implement good practices and innovative strategies in teaching and learning. Through this partnership, we aim to empower students to achieve their academic goals, develop lifelong and lifewide learning skills, and create impactful learning experiences.

What We Do

• Learning and Teaching Enhancement:
  Guided by the Learning and Teaching Enhancement Strategy, this section fosters academic excellence by promoting research-informed practices, supporting communities of practice, and enhancing the quality of education at FNU.
• Flexible & E-Learning:
  This section focuses on designing and delivering pedagogically sound, technology-enhanced flexible learning experiences. The team specializes in learning design, the application of learning technologies, and multimedia courseware development.
