Working in collaboration with FNU’s stakeholders, the Division of Human Resources endeavours to attract, hire and retain highly talented employees and to nurture a productive, respectful and inspiring staff community.

Our division’s primary goals are:

  • To attract and retain high quality academic and administration staff;
  • To upgrade and upskill staff qualifications and skills to ensure that our students receive the best education possible;
  • To deploy our staff effectively and efficiently to meet the needs of FNU and its stakeholders.
