Minimum Requirement
• The minimum entry requirement for admission to Diploma in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management is a pass in Fiji Year 13 Certificate Examination with 200 out of 400 marks with 50 or more marks in English.

• Students who have successfully completed their Foundation Studies with a GPA of 2.0 can also enrol in this Programme.

• Mature applicants who do not meet the 13 years of continuous progression but has relevant industrial experience of at least 2 years can also enrol upon Dean CBHTS approval.

Directed Industrial Attachment (DIA) 4 months: Assisting with Employment after passing 50% of the courses.
