Unit Name: Management of Industrial Relations

Description: Labor law mediates many aspects of the relationship between trade unions, employers, and employees. The contract of employment remains central but is no longer the sole object of study. The trend towards stabilization of industrial labor has been strengthened; therefore, a worker today is far more urbane in taste and outlook than his/her predecessors.
