Programme Name Certificate in Electrical Engineering (Level 4)
Programme Description
The main purpose of this programme is to prepare students for employment in Certificate IV level occupations specializing in electrical engineering practices. The programme is directed towards occupations with typical job titles such as a technical officer or trade person. 

The general characteristics of the programme areas outlined in The University Academic, Student Regulation of the Fiji National University and, more specifically, the programme aims to provide a broad-based, initial vocational programme for the technical workforce, specializing in electrical engineering.

Minimum Requirement
a) Completion of Fiji Year 12 Certificate Examination with a pass in English plus best three (3) other subjects, or equivalent or Completion of Certificate (Level 3) programme.

b) Applicants may also be admitted to the programme who may not meet the requirement on the years of the continuous education progression, but who are able to demonstrate their ability to succeed in programmes at these levels on the basis of their maturity, work experience or prior learning and are 17 years of age.
