The programme will equip students with the basic and important knowledge of Food and Beverage Services for the Hospitality and Tourism sector of Fiji including all categories of hotels and resort, cruise ship and passenger vessels and other types of boarding houses which has catering facilities.

1.	Students must pass Fiji Year 11 Certificate Examination.
2.	Matured students who need to upgrade qualification with industry experience in the Food and Beverage department
