Obtaining your Student ID Card

Upon completion of your enrolment, you are to pay mandatory enrolment fee to the Finance Department to get your ID cards. The mandatory fee shown on the invoice is to be paid immediately so that you can receive your Student ID Card. To validate your ID Card, you can visit to the ID Card Section based at the Student Academic Services Offices at Ba, Lautoka, Nadi, Labasa, Koronivia, Derrick (Samabula) ,Nasinu and Hoodles House.

Replacing your Lost ID Card

Students are requested to have a valid ID card to access all the services of the University. Please visit the nearest ID Section on your FNU campus. In case you lose your ID card, you may request for a replacement by completing the Application for Replacement of Student ID Card form. A fee of $20.00 applies

Using your card

The student ID card is used to identify you as a student at the University. Your card allows you to access campus facilities as well as borrow books from the library. Students shall be required to produce a valid ID card to the Supervisor(s) appointed for the examination at the respective locations. All students must produce their ID card when requested by any staff that reasonably requires proof of identity.
