Obtaining your Student ID Card

Upon completion of your enrolment, you are to pay mandatory enrolment fee to the Finance Department in order to generate your invoice. The mandatory fee shown on the invoice is to be paid immediately so that you are able to receive your Student ID Card. You are to produce your receipt/ deposit slip to the ID Section based at the Student Academic Services Offices at Ba, Lautoka, Nadi, Labasa, Derrick (Samabula) and /or Nasinu campuses for issue or validation of your ID Card. For Central, College of Medicine, Nursing & Health Sciences students are advised to get their ID cards printed at Pasifika campus ICT Level 2, Library Building.

Replacing your Lost ID Card

Students are requested to have a valid ID card to access all the services of the University. Please visit the nearest ID Section on your FNU campus.  In case you lose your ID card, you may request for a replacement by completing the Application for Replacement of Student ID Card form. A fee of $20.00 applies.

Using your card

The student ID card is used to identify you as a student at the University. Your card allows you to access campus facilities as well as borrow books from the library. Students shall be required to produce a valid ID card to the Supervisor(s) appointed for the examination at the respective locations. All students must produce their ID card when requested by any staff that reasonably requires proof of identity.
