The Diploma in Vanua Leadership aims to produce effective, culturally grounded leaders by fostering relevant skills, knowledge, and confidence in influencing the decision-making processes to meet both cultural and modern needs in indigenous communities. 

Participants must meet the following requirements: 
• A completion in Year 10 Examination or equivalent OR 
• Able to communicate in I-Taukei/Fäeag Rotuam (Rotuma) and or English  

All participants enrolment confirmation is at the final discretion of the Programme Coordinator, in alignment with the minimum entry requirement and in collaboration with the Great Council of Chiefs.
