Description: Na Veiliutaki e sega ni veivakaduiduitaki – In the face of a ‘diverse’ community. Being Collaborative in a ‘diverse’ community will lead to a stronger community. This course promotes collaborative and inclusive leadership with an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives. This approach makes everyone in the vanua matters. An inclusive leader, therefore, will earn trust and mutual respect by actively listening to diverse perspectives, encouraging vanua members to share their ideas, and make efforts to understand and address any potential biases or imbalances. This approach can lead to more innovative solutions and a stronger, more engaged community.
