Welcome to the National Training and Productivity Centre (NTPC), formerly known as the Training and Productivity Authority of Fiji (TPAF). It is my humble pleasure to thank you all for the support and patronage extended to the National Training and Productivity Centre and its programmes. I am also most grateful for the comments and feedback that we have received from you, and which has greatly enabled us to improve the level of service to employers and stakeholders.

The NTPC operates through its Head Office located along the Queen Elizabeth Drive in Nasese, and has Centres in Narere, Nabua, Suva, Sigatoka, Namaka, Lautoka, Rakiraki and Labasa.The Head Office now houses the following departments:

- Director Office
- Marketing and Information
- Productivity and Quality Training

The programmes offered by NTPC have been formulated on the basis of your inputs through various industry forums, course evaluations, training reports and direct feedback from employers, resource persons and key stakeholders. I am also delighted to inform you that for the first time, and following the merger with the Fiji National University, cross-credits will be granted by the respective Colleges of the University for many of the short-courses conducted by the NTPC. Thus, participants can articulate their learnings into a diverse range of vocational and higher education qualification programmes at the FNU.

Needless to say, we shall be happy to conduct in-house programmes for you in any of the areas identified by you.Most importantly, if your training needs are not entirely reflected in the portfolio of programmes for 2012, we shall be most obliged to discuss with you and formulate customized programmes in areas so identified.
