Description: Upon completing of the programme, students are expected to: • Relate to the front office setup in various hotels and resorts. • Relate the nature of the qualities of staff based on operating system carried out in the front office. • Relate to the roles and responsibilities of required operating systems of front office.

Learning Target Outcomes: Define the term Reservations in the Front Office Context and determine our accommodation guests. Discuss the importance of Travel Agents, Corporate and Online Reservations. Describe the different features of the reservation software system and create Individual Guest Profiles
