Unit Name: Oral Health Sciences

Description: This course is designed to introduce students to the anatomy and physiology of the head and neck with particular emphasis on oral and dental tissues and the principles of oral biology, microbiology, and pathology relevant to dental technology. This course is supplemented by anatomy lab and resource sessions. The oral health science course runs for two semesters.
