Minimum Requirement | a) Completion of Fiji Year 12 Certificate Examination or Fiji Year 12 Annual Exam/Assessment with a pass in English or 12 years of education with continuous progression, or equivalent. b) Applicants who do not meet the requirement based on the years of continuous education progression, but who are able to demonstrate their ability to succeed in the programme at this level on the basis of their maturity, work experience or prior learning, may also be admitted to the programme. c) Completion of Certificate in Office Assistance (Level 3). d) Completion of Certificate in Contact Centre Operations (Level 3). |
