Programme Description | The aim of the programme is to develop competencies, abilities, skill and knowledge relating to development of organizational policies, procedures and organizational handbook ensuring in compliance with the legal requirements as the labour legislations. The programmes will also enable to effectively and efficiently deal with employment matter following the legal requirement and ensuring the fair working environment is maintained and practice. The legal aspect of the programmes will develop knowledge on the legal aspect of dealing with employees matter especially relating to interpretation and application of labour law and ensuring practices are fair and justice is prevailed. |

Minimum Requirement | 1. The minimum entry requirement for admission to Bachelor of Commerce in Law and Industrial Relations & Human Resource Management is a pass in Fiji Year 13 Certificate Examination with 200 out of 400 marks with 50% or more marks in English. 2. Students who have successfully completed their Foundation Studies with a GPA of 2.0 can also enrol in this Programme. 3. Mature aged applicants who do not meet the 13 years of continuous progression but has relevant industrial experience of at least 2 years can also enroll upon Dean-CBHTS approval. |
