The Postgraduate Diploma in Pathology programme at the FNU College of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences (CMNHS) is a one-year full time programme. This programme has been designed to meet the needs of Fiji and the Pacific Islands. This is an advanced level, 120 credit point programme with a full time duration of 2 semesters. 
The Postgraduate Diploma in Pathology programme focuses on the pathologic basis of diseases relating atomic, molecular, cellular pathological changes to tissue, laboratory investigation and common clinical presentation of diseases and to some extent treatment.

1.	Completion of the required qualifications of MBBS degree AND
2.	Two years of clinical practice AND
3.	Evidence of completion of Pacific Region Infectious Disease Association (PRIDA) Diploma in Medical Microbiology or an equivalent Medical Microbiology course from a recognized training institution.
