Biography:

Dr. Gangadhara Reddy currently serves as Head of Department and Assistant Professor at Fiji National University, Fiji. Prior to this, he was an Assistant Professor at KITS Warangal, India (Aug 2020 – Apr 2024). Before pursuing Ph.D., he worked as a Geotechnical Engineer at Noble Geo-Structs, Mumbai, India, gaining industry experience. He holds a Master’s degree (2014) from NIT Bhopal and a Ph.D. (2020) from IIT Bhubaneswar, India—both esteemed Institutes of National Importance—with a specialization in Geotechnical (Civil) Engineering. His academic and research journey has taken him across multiple international institutions. He has worked as a Research Associate at Shantou University, China (Sept 2019 – Aug 2020), and as a Visiting Researcher at Nanjing University (Dec 2019 – Feb 2020). He has over ten years of research experience and has consistently contributed to high-impact research studies. His publications include 27 peer-reviewed journal articles, 14 conference papers, 2 patents, 2 books, and 4 book chapters (Q1 – 8 & Q2 – 18 articles). In addition to research, he has over five years of teaching experience, emphasizing interactive learning, critical thinking, and project-based assessments.
