The Pacific Centre for Border Management and Security (PCBMS) is a pioneering initiative established through a partnership between Fiji National University (FNU) and the Centre for Customs and Excise Studies (CCES). As a regional Centre of Excellence, we focus on providing specialized training, education, and research in Customs and Border Management.
Our Mission
Our mission is to enhance the capabilities of border management professionals across the Pacific region by offering world-class education and training programs. We aim to foster stronger, more efficient, and secure borders through cutting-edge learning pathways and international collaborations.

Through our collaboration with FNU and Charles Sturt University (Australia), we offer certifications and degree programs that cater to the diverse needs of border professionals. Our programs include:
