
The winning organisations of the 2025 Fiji Business Excellence Awards with His Lordship, the Acting President of the Republic of Fiji, Honourable Salesi Temo.
The Fiji National University’s (FNU) National Training and Productivity Centre (NTPC) successfully hosted the 26th Fiji Business Excellence Awards (FBEA) held at the prestigious Sheraton Fiji Golf and Beach Resort in Denarau, Nadi over the weekend.
His Lordship, the Acting President of the Republic of Fiji, Honourable Salesi Temo officiated at the ceremony, highlighting that the 2025 FBEA provided an opportunity to reflect on the collective vision for the nation – a vision scented on progress, prosperity and unity.
“The FBEA Night is a testament to the resilience, vision, and dedication of our nation’s businesses – from small enterprises to large organisations, all of whom contribute meaningfully to our economic growth, strength and social well-being,” said Honourable Salesi Temo.
“The private sector, along Government and civil society plays a pivotal role in turning this vision into reality. It is within this context that the FBEA holds great significance.
Honourable Salesi Temo also paid tribute to the FNU through the NTPC for its unwavering commitment to promoting productivity, innovation and continuous improvement across the nation.
FNU Vice-Chancellor, Professor Unaisi Nabobo-Baba noted that the 2025 FBEA celebrated performance but within a structured framework that encouraged organisations to embed excellence in their systems, processes, and people.

“As Fiji’s National Productivity Organisation, and the NTPC, in Fiji National University, we’re very proud to be championing the FBEA as a driver of our mission of development,” Professor Nabobo-Baba added.
“Our role is not limited at FNU to providing qualifications, it’s also to shaping a skilled, future-ready workforce supporting systems that enable performance.”
Also, in attendance at the 2025 FBEA was the FNU Chancellor, Mr Semesa Karavaki, FNU’s Deputy Chancellor, Dr Alisi Vudiniabola, members of the FNU Council, members of the FNU Senior Leadership Team, Honourable Cabinet Ministers of the Coalition Government and leaders and executives from the private and public sectors.
The 2025 FBEA was sponsored by Vodafone Fiji Ltd, Fiji Ports Corporation Ltd, iTaukei Land Trust Board, and Future Farms Ltd t/a Rooster Poultry.
