FNU signs Consultancy and Training Agreement with TLTB

The Fiji National University (FNU) signed a Consultancy and Training Agreement with the i-Taukei Land Trust Board (TLTB) today.

The Fiji National University’s National Training and Productivity Centre (NTPC) is committed to enhancing efficiency and effectiveness within Fiji’s leading organisations to elevate overall national productivity.

In a significant step towards this goal, the Fiji National University (FNU) signed a Consultancy and Training Agreement with the i-Taukei Land Trust Board (TLTB) today.

Pro-Vice-Chancellor TVET, Dr Isimeli Tagicakiverata said this agreement will focus on guiding TLTB through the process of achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification.

“The ISO 9001 standard is recognised globally for quality management systems (QMS) and ensures organisations meet the needs of their customers and other stakeholders while complying with statutory and regulatory requirements,” Dr Tagicakiverata said.

“This collaboration underscores our joint commitment to improve, innovate, and drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our organisations, as well as raising the overall productivity of organisations in Fiji.

“We look forward to working with the management and staff of TLTB to deliver yet another successful project in the next 12 months.”

TLTB Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Solomoni Nata said forging this partnership with FNU will serve as a catalyst for TLTB’s business growth and success.

“We are grateful to the FNU’s National Training and Productivity Centre for successfully delivering high-quality productivity and management training to many leading organisations in Fiji, and we are happy to engage with FNU to do the same,” Nata added.
