Sesenieli Naiqato received her official offer letter yesterday during the 2025 Fiji Showcase at Vodafone Arena.
SUVA, FIJI – The Fiji National University (FNU) kicked off its enrolment drive for Semester 2 yesterday at the 2025 Fiji Showcase held at Vodafone Arena in Suva.
Students, parents, and guardians made their way to FNU’s Booth 23 to learn about the wide range of study programmes available across the University’s colleges. Some travelled from as far as Rewa, eager to explore what FNU could offer them.
Among the first to receive an instant offer letter was Sesenieli Naiqato, who came with her father from Rewa. She was offered a place in the Diploma in Hospitality and Hotel Management programme.
“I did not know about the options I had, and I am so grateful I came today. This was no mistake because now I am walking away with my offer letter to study at FNU from next semester,” she said with a smile. “Vinaka FNU!”
She will be joining her twin sister who is also a FNU student doing her Certificate in Film and Television.
Throughout the day, prospective students received their offer letters, while many more expressed strong interests in joining the FNU ‘Vuvale’ in the upcoming semester.
The team also assisted continuing students with their Semester 2 Unit registrations and provided guidance on programme requirements, career pathways, and support services.
Students, parents, and members of the public are encouraged to visit the booth to speak with FNU staff and discover opportunities for further education and training.
For enrolment, students are advised to bring their birth certificate, TIN letter or card, academic results, and for mature entry, a CV and employment reference or letter.
FNU will be present at Booth 23 all week during the Fiji Showcase, offering on-the-spot admissions, answering course enquiries, and helping students get started on their academic journey.
