The Fiji National University’s Ba Campus continues to lead the way in making education accessible for everyone.

Ba Campus offers programmes in various areas of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) under the University’s College of Engineering and TVET (CETVET), the College of Business, Hospitality and Tourism Studies (CBHTS), and most recently, the College of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (CAFF).

CETVET’s Programme Coordinator in Fabrication and Welding, Navneel Nand visited the Year 11 students at Nilsen College earlier this month to create more awareness on the diverse programs FNU has for every individual.

“The parents were very happy to know about the scholarship opportunities they may consider for their child since paying fees was a major concern raised by many of them,” he said.

“They were also overwhelmed to learn that Year 11 students have a career pathway at FNU; especially the academically low-performing students.

“The parents were also happy to know the variety of TVET programs offered at our Ba Campus and will not worry anymore about sending their children far, like to our Samabula Campus.”
