The TEAM EXCELLENCE SYMPOSIUM is set with the vision of empowering teams in showcasing their completed projects using Quality Tools. The idea is to document your efforts throughout the course of a project, which will focus your team and provide feedback along the way. The Team Excellence Awards is the highest accolade given to any project teams in the Team Excellence Initiative. The award recognizes teams for excellence in Team Excellence activities. It highlights the importance of Team Excellence as a platform for business excellence.These Teams will have an opportunity to present their completed projects on a regional platform and also benchmark against some of the best practices from teams in leading organisations.
