INTRODUCTION

The FNU Higher Degrees by Research Training Programme is designed to assist HDR candidates in developing skills and competencies to become independent researchers. HDR candidates will be provided support with short courses to develop a range of skills and aptitudes as they progress with their research during their HDR candidature. A researcher is responsible for their independent learning, working closely with their supervisors. Therefore, HDR candidates are encouraged to take full advantage of the Higher Degrees by Research Training Programme to enhance the research capabilities required for their specific research projects. The Higher Degrees by Research Training Programme is designed to provide extra support and training to HDR candidates to successfully complete their research projects.
