A retired Senior Civil Servant who had a distinguished Service Career and is a seasonal professional with over 34 years of work experience at national level. She has worked at the Ministry of Health, Public Service Commission, Ministry of Public Utilities (Dept of Water & Sewerage and Dept of Energy) and Ministry of Fisheries and Forestry.
Her role included providing Policy Advice to both the Minister and Permanent Secretary on all Portfolio matters, including review of all Policies and Legislations and oversaw their promulgations and implementation. Her work included regular engagements at the regional and international level, through conferences and meetings to enhance effective and efficient service delivery to the People. Ms. Cirikiyasawa retired from active employment as Deputy Permanent Secretary for the Ministries of Fisheries and Forestry in January 2013.
Qualification:
1. Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of the South Pacific (2002).
2. Bachelor of Arts majoring in Economics and Public Administration/Management from the University of the South Pacific (1999)
3. Certificate in Pharmacy from the Fiji School of Medicine (1977).
