Mr Sainivalati Tokalau

Mr Sainivalati Tokalau is a highly experienced professional in business development, sales and marketing, and project management, with extensive leadership experience across Fiji and the Pacific region.

He currently serves as Manager, Strategic Business Development at Vision Motors, a role he has held since 2020.

Mr Tokalau holds a strong academic foundation in business and management, including a Diploma in Business Studies from the then Fiji Institute of Technology (1984), a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business for General Managers, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of the South Pacific.

Over the course of his career, Mr Tokalau has held several senior leadership roles across Fiji and Papua New Guinea. These include Head of Sales and Marketing at Basic Industries Limited, Country Manager at 3SA Carpets Ltd, Head of Sales, Marketing and Operations at Pasifika Holdings Limited, and Project Consultant at Tropik Fusion Ltd. He has also held earlier roles in insurance, engineering, and government service, providing him with broad industry exposure and strong business versatility.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr Tokalau is actively involved in community and sporting organisations, including leadership roles within cooperative societies and golf associations.He is recognised for his collaborative leadership style, strong communication skills, and commitment to excellence.
