Mr. Apisai Saunikalou Tadulala Tuiloma is a civil engineering and infrastructure professional with extensive experience in project management and facilities development. He has held key roles in organisations including the University of the South Pacific as Manager Design & Projects and General Manager Maintenance, the Fiji Roads Authority as Senior Engineer, and the Fiji Sugar Corporation as Corporate Civil Engineer. Mr. Tuiloma holds a Master of Business Administration, a Postgraduate Diploma and Certificate in Business Administration from the University of the South Pacific, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Fiji National University, where he was part of the first graduating cohort of the programme. He is currently the Director of Estates and Facilities at the Fiji National University, a role he assumed on 28 October 2025.
