Ms. Ella Bennion is a marketing and communications professional with over 30 years of experience in higher education and the corporate sector.

She has extensive experience in strategic marketing, communications, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record in managing major campaigns, coordinating international student exchanges, and building strong partnerships with universities, employers, and industry leaders across the Pacific.

Ms. Bennion holds a Master of Arts in Diplomacy and International Affairs (2021), a Postgraduate Diploma in Social Policy and Administration (2011), a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Applied Psychology (2010), and a Diploma in Community Development (2010) — all from the University of the South Pacific (USP).

She is currently the Acting Director of Marketing and Communications at the Fiji National University (FNU), leading the University’s efforts to strengthen its brand presence and advance its communications and marketing strategies.
