The Agriculture-Tourism Alliance: From Farm to Fork Strategy applied in the Pacific Island Countries (Agri Tour) is an Erasmus+ Capacity Building project focused on strengthening the integration of agriculture, tourism, and gastronomy education in Europe and the Pacific Island Countries.

The project promotes sustainable development, food security, cultural preservation, and economic growth through innovative higher education initiatives aligned with the principles of the European Green Deal and the Farm to Fork Strategy.
The project brings together eight partner institutions from Slovakia, Italy, Fiji, Samoa, and Vanuatu to foster international cooperation, research collaboration, and sustainable educational practices across the Pacific region and Europe.
Development of a fully online interdisciplinary agritourism course accessible to students in remote island communities.
Creation of internship protocols linking students with industry and establishment of an EU–Pacific Alliance for cooperation, mobility, and research collaboration.
Emphasis on digital inclusion, gender equality, environmental sustainability, climate resilience, and the promotion of local food heritage through workshops, educational visits, and sustainable tourism practices.
