Meet — one of our oldest and most inspiring graduates from NTPC’s Plumber General Class III programme in Nadi on Friday.

Starting his journey as a labourer in 1987 at the then Public Works Department (now the Water Authority of Fiji (WAF)), Tutila has dedicated his life to building his skills and serving his community.
Despite pursuing a plumber licence from the Fiji National Training and Productivity Centre (FNTPC), he was eager to further upskill himself through NTPC’s programme.

Today, Tutila is a proud Technical Officer at WAF, a testament to his hard work, perseverance, and commitment to lifelong learning.
