Year 10 student of Batinikama College, Meli Serea, expressed her surprise at the wide range of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programmes offered by Fiji National University (FNU), during the Student Liaison Outreach Programme held this morning.

Serea extended her gratitude to the FNU team for visiting the school.

“I am pleased that Year 10 students were included in today’s session because we learned a great deal. Many of us were unaware that students can enrol in a Certificate III programme at FNU after completing Year 11,” she said.

“This type of outreach should be conducted every year, as it greatly assists us in understanding our career options and making informed choices for the future.”

She added that she looks forward to going through the FNU Prospectus to explore the different programmes offered and identify a course she hopes to pursue in the near future.
