Asena Ratukadreu, a Technical Assistant at the Water Authority of Fiji was among a small group of women who graduated from FNU’s National Training & Productivity Centre Plumber General Class III programme at the WAF Wailoku Depot yesterday.
Originally from Deuba, Serua, and a former CETVET student with a Diploma in Architectural Drafting, Asena returned to FNU to upskill herself.“I wanted to learn more about the groundwork and engineering aspects of what we do at WAF so I can perform even better in my role. Engineering and its technical aspects are still new to me, but this is just the first step — I hope to continue my studies at FNU,” she shared.
