Francisca Olga Pinto, a physician from East Timor, celebrates a remarkable academic and personal milestone as she graduates with a Master of Medicine in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the College of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences today.
Her journey, shaped by four years of hard work, perseverance, and unwavering support from loved ones, marks an important moment not only for herself but also for her country.
Francisca expressed deep gratitude to the Fiji National University (FNU) for the training, guidance, and opportunities that shaped her into a confident and capable physician.
“I’m proud and thankful to FNU for making me a good physician and a good obstetrician in the future,” she shared.
She also acknowledged her family for their constant encouragement throughout the demanding years of study, and she gave heartfelt thanks to God for accompanying her on every step of her journey.
