Razia Rehana Rashid has expressed her gratitude to the Fiji National University (FNU) and the Australian Centre for International Research (ACIAR).
She thanked them for their support during her education journey.
Today, Rashid graduated with a Masters by Research, focusing on Animal Production.
“I am thankful to ACIAR for giving me this scholarship and to FNU for accepting my research topic,” Rashid said.
Her research was titled “Assessing the supply and demand of animal healthcare services in Fiji.”
She chose this topic because she was inspired by her father’s work as a farmer.
The 29-year-old shared her feelings about her achievement.
“I am happy with what I have achieved today,” she said.
She dedicated her success to her family, who supported her and believed in her.
“This area needs more demand for animal healthcare. I saw potential in this topic,” Rashid explained.
Rashid is from Momi in Nadi. She now works as a Project Officer at FNU. Her journey shows how hard work and support can lead to success.
