Unit Name: Animal Care & Management Industrial Internship

Description: This course will provide practical experience to the students. The duration of this attachment/training will be for three months( 12 weeks). As a result of successfully completing this Course students will be able to demonstrate an acceptable level of competence in livestock production,managenent, animal nutrition and feed, Basic veterinary anatomy, physiology, parasitology, medicine, basic surgery, animal ethics, quarantine, clinical nursing and care of sick animals, AI, fodder production and pasture management, laboratory & hospital procedures, disease epideniology and zoonosis,food safety,as well as livestock product processing and marketing.
