Unit Name: Veterinary Hygiene, Food Safety, Public Health and Zoonosis

Description: This course deals with introduction and application of principles of hygiene to production and processing of foods of animal origin. It also deals with principle of meat inspection, food borne diseases, risk assessment, zoonoses and public health.
