Unit Name: The Adult Learner in TVET Classrooms

Description: This course deals with the important contribution of educational psychology on the theory and practice of education. Every teacher is confronted with the problem of individual difference in the classroom. The purpose of this course is to aticulate the concept of educational Psychology. It focuses on the meaning and nature of "Adult Learners" as well as the characteristics and meaning of learning in a TVET classrooms.
