Unit Name: Fisheries Industrial Attachment

Description: s course will provide practical experience to the students. The duration of this attachment/training will be for six months. As a result of successfully completing this unit students will be able to demonstrate an acceptable level of competence in adoption and application of sustainable aquaculture farming practices, breeding and hatchery management, disease and health management, transfer of improved technologies in field, biodiversity, farm management, conservation practices, handling of farm produce for proper harvesting and storage by proper management practices.

Prerequisite Sentence: Student must have passed at least 25% of prescribed units up to first year of Trade Diploma in Applied Fisheries.
