Description: Students will learn to identify the nutritional requirements of cultivable fish and shellfish species. Nutritional requirements calories and energy, vitamins, proteins, amino acids, lipids, nonnutrient components and enzymes. Feed formulation and evaluation, husbandry techniques for cultivable species and experimental procedures and nutrient deficiency diseases of cultivable species
