Description: This unit allows students to be able to understand the significance of aquaponics, various aquaponics systems, common grow and fish tank requirements, basic plumbing involved in aquaponics, best plants and fish that can be utilised in aquaponics, nitrifying bacteria and worms, purpose of cycling and system maintenance.
