Description: The purpose of this course is to provide a balanced understanding of both sport and exercise sciences across a range of sub-disciplines. During the degree you will develop your knowledge of physiology, biomechanics, and sports psychology. You will also develop a comprehensive understanding of the scientific principles underlying sport and exercise performance and participation.
