Description: This unit offers the students a better understanding of the word CONTRACT. How contracts are administered from inception to completion. How team members are recruited, the different methods of recruitment, the role of team members at very level of the contract. Understand breach and remedies of breach of contract. Understand the importance of paying insurance policies in any construction project. Understand Arbitrations, the role and powers of the Arbitrator.
