Unit Name: Construction Draughting Practices & Regulation

Description: This unit offers learners the opportunity to understand various components, methods, and technics in manual draughting and bylaws that govern the process. It begins with basic knowledge of Draughting principles and knowing your draughting tools and capability it has to provide good construction drawings. At the same time follow the right processes, honing the skills of site data collection, cross referencing of details to other drawings sheets. Students will learn to plan, prepare and produce readable clear working drawing for construction purposes. This unit makes students aware and appreciate line works as a language to communicate in the architectural world.
