Unit Name: Introduction to Renewable Energy Plants

Description: This course provides a learning experience for the student to gain an understanding of Renewable Energies Technology and its fundamentals. The goal is for students to understand the following outcomes: • Renewables vs. Non-Renewables. • Direct and Indirect Uses. • Understand basic terminology for renewable energy. • Gain a core level of knowledge of different forms of renewable energy. • Generates interest reliability and a more logical approach to the design process.
