Description: This course develops students? skills and knowledge in the field of marketing which focuses on selling services. It examines the important and growing role services marketing plays in both consumer and organizational target markets and covers the core building blocks of services marketing, frameworks and structures for managing services, and the development of marketing strategies to differentiate and maximise the value of the organisation.
