Firms and organization consider performing marketing research for the general purpose of gaining intelligence. As a company or organization, the overwhelming majority of research that is carried out in the company and organization revolves around the customers. The course focus is on students to understand the effects and comparative success of various type of marketing campaigns via the applications of the research process.
