Description: This course is designed to provide understanding of the marketing research process. It includes the systematic identification, collection, analysis and distribution of information for the purpose of knowledge development and decision making. Firms and organization consider performing marketing research for the general purpose of gaining intelligence. Therefore, this course is designed to provide students with the understanding that through market research firms and organizations are able to capture and identify the market preferences, attitudes, and behaviors of consumers in a market-based economy
