Description: This course has been designed for students who would like to start a career in the field of Event Management. Its main aim is to develop students? skills and knowledge in managing Festival and Special event in order to stage successful events. It is a subject that provides students with skills and knowledge in order to efficiently and effectively manage facilities and venues and organise a wide range of special events in this highly competitive environment. The Course will first provide students an introduction to special events and venue management. The Course builds on to planning, sales strategies and safety and security during events. In addition the Course attempts to provide students with skills and knowledge in order to efficiently and effectively manage facilities and venues and organise a wide range of special events in this highly competitive environment.
