Unit Name: Supply Chain, Project Management and Production Planning

Description: This course aims to examine the management of a network of interconnected businesses involved in the ultimate provision of products and service packages required by end customers. The SCM covers entire movement and storage of raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods from point of origin to point of consumption. This course is also aimed at providing both basic and some advanced exposure to PM, so as to enable the manager of tomorrow to successfully complete sophisticated projects within the constraints of capital, time, and other resources.
