Unit Name: Business Law

Description: Business Law is a subject that studies various laws pertaining to business and trade. It provide students an overview of business law compliance and practice in developed countries, giving particular emphasis to Australian business law and relating to Fiji Islands.

Learning Target Outcomes: Student should be able to : - evaluate the requirements of essential elements in formation and termination of contracts. - evaluate the various common laws for principal-agency relationship and appreciate the need for law of agency for corporate and partnership businesses.

Prerequisite: Bachelor Degree in Management/Business Administration and any level 8 courses or equivalent.
